This is nice rice cooker, especially for one person. I have had this rice cooker for 3 years now and it's such a time saver. I put in 1 cup of brown rice and 2.5 cups of water and press down on the "on" button and leave it. It's so simple; now I don't to worry about burning my rice. If you had rice "stick" on this, try adding a 1/4 cup more water. That should do the trick. (Note: If you use white rice, the ratio 1 cup rice to 2 cups water.)
It also has a nice steamer, so you can steam vegetables at the same time. It has a small "footprint" so it doesn't take up a lot of room. It does the job and is inexpensive. One thing I did notice is the power cord length is on the short side, but I am very satisfied.
